Mizuho is seeking a Business Analyst & Developer to implement and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath. Candidates should have a strong educational background, preferably with BE/BTech or BSc in IT or Computer Science, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, process documentation, and providing production support for RPA bots. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with project management tools are essential.

Job Description: Business Analyst & Developer

Technical Knowledge/Skills & Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
• Strong knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology
• Previous exp. In project management applications and softwares such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, version Control tools, etc.
• Must have excellent hands‑on MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office Suite
• Deep understanding of technology
• BRD, PDD, User Manual- Process Documentation
• Requirement gathering, UAT, Experience in test creation
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Maintain existing automation scripts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents related to RPA bots.

Qualifications

Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science, Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred.
