Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) in Chennai seeks a Business Analyst & Developer to design, develop and support RPA solutions using UiPath. You will document requirements, develop automation, and ensure quality through UAT and testing, while collaborating with business and IT teams.

Strong RPA knowledge, UiPath skills, and experience with SDLC/Agile are essential, along with JIRA, ServiceNow and Confluence familiarity.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or BSc IT/CS with postgraduate technical degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and structured, analytical approach.
• Experience with RPA and documentation artifacts like BRD/PDD/UAT.

Responsibilities

• Understand how RPA interfaces with business applications.
• Follow SDLC/Agile methodologies in delivery.
• Work with JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence and version control tools.
• Hands-on UiPath development and maintenance of automation.
• Document BRD, PDD, and user manuals; perform UAT and testing.
• Provide production support and participate in code reviews.

Technical Knowledge/Skills & Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
• Strong knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology
• Previous exp. In project management applications and softwares such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, version Control tools, etc.
• Must have excellent hands-on MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office Suite
• Deep understanding of technology
• BRD, PDD, User Manual- Process Documentation
• Requirement gathering, UAT, Experience in test creation
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Maintain existing automation scripts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents related to RPA bots.

Qualifications

Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science, Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred.
