Job summary

Tecnoprism in Thane is seeking a Business Analyst - RPA with 2+ years of domain experience. This role focuses on analyzing processes, documenting requirements, and partnering with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities in Banking.

The position requires hands-on experience with automation tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere, plus skills in Visio or BPMN, data reporting (Excel/Power BI), and strong communication. It is an office-based role with alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with Visio, BPMN or other mapping tools.
• 3 to 5 years in Banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze processes and assess automation feasibility, baselining metrics.
• Document business processes in detail for RPA deployment.
• Participate in interviews/meetings to define processes for RPA solutions.
• Leverage process improvement to optimize RPA processes.
• Recognize waste and quantify improvement opportunities.
• Deploy multidisciplinary approaches (ML, Gen AI, analytics) to solve challenges.
• Contribute to tools, playbooks, and best practices repository.
• Work with minimal supervision on medium to large projects.
• Advocate for process improvement and automation.
• Open to work from client location (Mumbai) and AA office.
• Open to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of month.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

1. Partner with internal and external stakeholders by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation. Also, confirm current metrics by baselining the process and compare them with projected future state metrics.
2. Analyze, understand, and document business processes in detail for the purpose of RPA deployment.
3. Participate in various types of interviews, meetings, or workshops to define, optimize, and document processes to configure RPA solutions.
4. Leverage process improvement experience to streamline and optimize processes for RPA implementation.
5. Be able to quickly recognize waste, opportunities for improvement, and quantify both as a metric.
6. Deploy a multi-disciplinary approach (i.e., machine learning, Gen AI tools, business analytics, etc.) to solving business challenges.
7. Contribute to building a repository of tools, playbooks, and best practices.
8. Requires minimal supervision on medium to large scale projects.
9. Be an advocate for process improvement and process automation.
10. Open to work from client location(Mumbai) and AA office.
11. Open to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of month.
