Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) invites a Project Manager with functional BA experience in Trade & Remittance to join its outsourcing program. You will lead insourcing projects and coordinate with onshore offices, documenting minutes and ensuring timely MIS reporting.

Applicants should have 12+ years in PM/BA, strong communication, and familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall) and Jira. Experience in international banking is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to develop detailed project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Functional BA experience in Banking, Trade and Remittance domains.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with Jira and PM tools.
• Excellent coordination and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all insourcing projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Address and resolve issues during project progress by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with onshore offices and stakeholders to explore migrations.
• Coordinate daily activities and meetings between clients and MGS officials.
• Document meeting minutes, provide required information, respond to inquiries.
• Plan and execute sourcing initiatives aligned with project objectives with the service team.
• Organise periodic client review meetings and ensure timely information provision.
• Manage project timelines and provide MIS reporting to clients and management.

Position: Project Manager with functional BA experience (Trade & Remittance background)

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager:

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all assigned insourcing projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Address and resolve any issues arising during the project's progress by collaborating promptly with relevant stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with onshore offices and internal stakeholders through regular meetings, while identifying opportunities for further operational migrations.
• Coordinate daily activities and facilitate meetings between clients and MGS officials.
• Document meeting minutes, provide required information, and respond to client inquiries effectively.
• Plan and execute in sourcing initiatives in alignment with project objectives, collaborating closely with the service team.
• Organise periodic review meetings with clients and ensure timely provision of necessary information.
• Manage project timelines and provide accurate MIS reporting to both clients and management.

As a Business Analyst:

• Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business needs and requirements using various techniques
• Solution Definition: Defining functional requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide the development of solutions.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including requirements documents, process flows, and user manuals.
• Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their expectations, and ensuring clear communication.
• Testing and Validation: Coordinating and participating in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Functional BA experience in Banking domain, primarily in Trade and Remittance areas

Experience: Minimum 12 years of expertise in Project Management and Business Analysis. Familiarity with International Banking is highly desirable and considered an advantage.
