Job summary

Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is a subsidiary of Mizuho Bank, providing global processing support across banking and IT operations. The role centers on RPA production support and development using UiPath, with a mix of L2/L3 maintenance and development tasks.

Shifts run from 11.30am to 11.30pm IST on a rotational basis. The candidate will work closely with business teams, apply RCA to recurring issues, and contribute to building automations that improve banking processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in RPA development and production support.
• Hands-on UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio experience.
• Experience with Jira/ServiceNow for issue tracking and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• RPA Production Support (L2/L3) – 80% of time: monitor, troubleshoot, analyze production issues, perform RCA.
• Development/Enhancements – 20%: design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based automations; maintain scripts.
• Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, documentation, and deployment standards.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, perform UAT support, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Key Responsibilities Technical Knowledge/Skills

RPA Production Support (L2/L3) - 80%

• Strong understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
• Strong hands-on experience in UiPath Orchestrator
• Log analysis and troubleshooting production issues
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implementation of preventive fixes

Development / Enhancements - 20%

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions/enhancements using UiPath Studio
• Maintain existing automation scripts and implement fixes/enhancements as required
• Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deployment
• Requirement gathering support, UAT support, and experience in test case creation
• Structured and logical approach to working
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to think clearly under pressure
• Ability to work with business
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in gaining investment banking experience

Preferred (Good to have)

• UiPath certification (Associate or Developer/Advanced) - MUST
• Power application experience/knowledge
• Exposure to SQL,APIs, OCR& integration with other applications
• Exposure to Confluence and version control tools (e.g., Git)- MUST

Qualifications

• Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT/Computer Science
• Postgraduates with technical degrees will be preferred

Experience :- Relevant 6+ years in RPA Development and production support , UiPath Orchestrator, troubleshooting , Jira/ServiceNow.
