Responsibilities

• Lead the DFX topic for the Multi phase controllers targeted for Auto and Humanoids (Arches, Sonoma-V Sonoma- Q, Gate Drivers)
• Define the DFX Architecture and Verification of the DFX features
• Top Level Integration
• Analog Patterns flow establishment
• SPyglass flows for Early Detection of DFT coverage loss
• Develop DFT constraints in alignment with CIC team
• Establish flows to meet the Auto Standards for ex. Fault sims
• Technical guidance to the DES DFT team

Qualifications

• Strong experience in DFX of Mixed Signal chips
• Ability to driver DFT Arch and be a bridge between Digital Design team and DFT
• Implementation team if DES
