Job summary

IIFL Home Finance Ltd. in Chandigarh is seeking a field-based Home Loan Sales professional to drive customer acquisition for home loans, build a local network, and achieve revenue growth through direct sourcing and channel partnerships.

You will conduct field visits, explain loan products, process applications with credit teams, maintain credit quality, and onboard channel partners to expand housing loan business in the region.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC
• Direct customer acquisition and channel sales experience preferred; Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered
• Strong local market knowledge and established network in the region
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities - Result-oriented and self-motivated

This role involves generating leads, managing customer relationships, conducting field visits, and ensuring end-to-end loan processing with a focus on delivering a seamless customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualifications
