Job summary

Trion Consultancy Services is seeking a purchase professional to manage RM procurement aligned with production plans and customer schedules. You will coordinate quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure stock accuracy. Key duties include maintaining RM stock records, enforcing FIFO, and supporting cost reduction through effective supplier management.

Experience with ERP systems and Excel is required. Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams is essential for successful procurement

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in RM Purchase, Inventory Control, Stores or Material Management
• ERP knowledge and excellent Excel skills
• Purchase price control, cost reduction and inventory accuracy

• Prepare RM purchase requirements based on production plans, customer schedules & stock levels
• Float enquiries, compare supplier quotations & negotiate price, delivery payment term
• Maintain accurate RM stock records for all material
• FIFO/stock rotation

Required Candidate profile

• Exp 2–5 yrs in RM Purchase, Inventory Control, Stores or Material Management
• Purchase price control & cost reduction & Inventory accuracy
• Physical vs system stock variance
• ERP knowledge & Excel must
