Job Title: PM/RM Issue Executive (Packaging Material & Raw Material Issue Executive)

Experience: 2–5 Years (Experience in FMCG/Food/Confectionery Manufacturing Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
Job Summary
The PM/RM Issue Executive is responsible for issuing Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) to production as per approved production plans and material requisitions. The role ensures accurate inventory transactions, timely material availability, proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), SAP/ERP entries, and compliance with food safety, quality, and warehouse standards.
Key Responsibilities
Material Issue
- Issue Raw Materials and Packaging Materials to production against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production downtime.
- Verify quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and material specifications before issuing.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO while issuing materials.
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records for RM and PM.
- Perform daily stock verification and reconciliation.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
- Support monthly stock audits and physical inventory.
SAP/ERP Transactions
- Record all RM/PM issue transactions in SAP/ERP.
- Update stock balances after every transaction.
- Prepare daily material issue reports and stock movement reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation and traceability.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, QA, and Stores teams.
- Arrange urgent material issues for priority production orders.
- Inform Purchase and Planning teams about low-stock or critical materials.
Warehouse Operations
- Ensure proper storage of RM and PM as per company standards.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Identify damaged, expired, or non-conforming materials and segregate them.
- Ensure safe handling of food-grade materials.
Documentation
- Maintain Material Requisition Slips (MRS), issue registers, stock cards, and batch records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain complete traceability of issued materials.
Compliance
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GHP (Good Hygiene Practices), HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and warehouse procedures.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
