Job summary

Shubham Housing Development Finance in Gurugram is seeking an MIS & Analytics professional to prepare daily, weekly and monthly risk MIS reports. You will analyze HL/LAP portfolios, develop dashboards in Advanced Excel and Power BI, and prepare management presentations for risk reviews.

The role requires 2-3 years in MIS/analytics, experience in NBFC/Banking, and strong data interpretation skills to support data-driven risk decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduation in commerce/finance/statistics or related field.
• 2-3 years of MIS, reporting or analytics experience.
• Experience in NBFC/HFC/Banking, preferably home loans or LAP.
• Understanding of lending portfolio metrics and delinquency reporting.

• Analyze Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios, including disbursement, delinquency, bounce and collection trends.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare management presentations and risk review reports using PowerPoint.
• Track portfolio performance across products, branches, regions and customer segments.
• Identify trends, exceptions and early warning indicators through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting and continuous improvement in MIS processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Statistics or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting or analytics
• Prior experience in NBFC / HFC / Banking, preferably Home Loans or LAP; will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of lending portfolio metrics and delinquency reporting will be an added advantage.

Role Objective:

Support the Risk Analytics team through accurate MIS reporting, insightful portfolio analysis and effective management dashboards to enable data-driven risk decisions.

Required Skills
