Role and Responsibilities
Understand the credit policies for various Banks and NBFCs in the Indian lending space.
Provide thought‑leadership on improving customer acquisition strategies, developing statistical credit models, and communicating analytical and credit ideas.
Monitor existing models by designing tests and experiments to measure and evaluate customer credit behavior.
Monitor the acquisition funnel, model performance and portfolio trends to develop strategic lending and business insight.
Work with technology and business team to build out new credit acquisition and risk management capabilities and refine existing ones.
Ideate and help launch next‑generation lending products and structures that will drive the next round of innovation.
Monitor monthly transactions and provide a report on planning and risk management.
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ Years of experience in credit‑policy, underwriting strategies, and risk modeling.
Experience in credit risk for short‑term unsecured loan products such as personal loans and credit cards in the Indian market.
Experience in developing lending, customer acquisitions and/or portfolio management strategies.
Proficiency in analytical skills with SQL, Excel and BI dashboards. Programming knowledge of Python or R is a bonus.
