The role involves creating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, leveraging advanced Excel, and collaborating with Operations, Finance, and HR to track KPIs and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proficient in advanced MS Excel with Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience handling large datasets and data validation.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards).
• Analyze operational data and generate insights.
• Generate productivity, collection, customer support, and KPI reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and HR teams.
• Track productivity, attendance, collections, and KPIs.
• Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
• Maintain confidentiality of business data.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining business reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making, performance tracking, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards).
• Analyze operational data and generate insights.
• Generate productivity, collection, customer support, and KPI reports.
