Role Details

This is a mid-level position in Business Analytics that involves analyzing and interpreting data to improve business strategies. The role requires close collaboration with multiple internal teams and support across regular and ad hoc data requirements and insights.

Overall Job Description

• Drive business growth through the use of data and insights for Secured (HL / LAP / AGRI / Gold Loan) and Unsecured Assets (Credit Cards, PL, BL).
• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends or patterns.
• Leverage analytics to drive insights for optimizing Activations, Acquisition strategy, credit lines, spends, promotions, pricing, channel mix, risk, cross-sell, and bases for secured and unsecured portfolio / products; provide data-driven solutions to improve portfolio quality and profitability.
• Ability to understand complex business problems with end-to-end, hands-on exposure to analytics including collecting, pulling, and preparing data, building statistical / ML models using Python / SAS and other tools, and generating insights.
• Prepare management dashboards and MIS to ensure appropriate, in-depth tracking of the retail portfolio across multiple segments.
• Identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and propose solutions for data cleansing and enhancement.
• Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards, charts, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Databricks / Python / SAS / SQL.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.Banking / NBFC / Fintech domain knowledge preferred.

EDUCATION

Essential: Graduate

Preferred: Master's in Statistics / MBA / Master's in Mathematics / B.E. (Computer Science), or equivalent qualification
