SMFG India Home Finance Co. is seeking a data-driven professional to craft MIS, dashboards and management reports. You will analyze data to uncover trends, inform decisions, and support governance with actionable insights.

You will develop and maintain reports using Excel and Tableau, create impactful presentations for senior management and committees, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros/VBA preferred, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
• Good exposure to data analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Working knowledge of Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting.
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint presentations and management reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, Housing Finance, or BFSI sector preferred.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure timely reporting.
• Monitor key operational, compliance, and business KPIs.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure reporting integrity across systems.
• Assist in automation initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Support audit, regulatory, and management information requirements as and when required.
