Job summary

Mind Glow Engineering Consultancy in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to develop and maintain 3D MEP BIM models using Revit and coordinate with point cloud data. • 2-5 years of Revit BIM Modeling experience for MEP projects.
• Good understanding of building systems and MEP coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-fidelity 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit.
• Work with Scan to BIM data (point clouds) to develop accurate and coordinated models.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
• Extract accurate as-built 2D drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
• Ensure models comply with BEP, BIM standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, and other MEP disciplines for seamless integration.
• Participate in model reviews, quality checks, and issue resolution.
• Maintain proper model documentation, file naming conventions, and version control.
• Support project execution from concept to construction documentation.
