Job summary

Fist Engineering Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Modeler in Mangaluru, Karnataka. You will develop and manage high-quality BIM models for building projects, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and other MEP systems using Revit MEP.

The role requires expertise in BIM coordination, clash detection, and LOD 400/500 deliverables, with strong collaboration across Architectural and Structural teams. International project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good knowledge of Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
• Experience in Revit Family Creation.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Experience with LOD 400/500 deliverables.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination, documentation, and model QA/QC.
• Experience with International projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.

• Prepare models and deliverables to LOD 400/500 standards.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Create and modify Revit families and ensure proper parameters and model standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design information for accurate BIM development.
• Identify and resolve modeling and coordination issues.
• Prepare BIM-related drawings, schedules, quantities, and documentation.
• Support BIM Coordinators and Project Managers in project execution and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, project protocols, and quality requirements.
• Mentor junior BIM Modelers and conduct model quality checks.
