Job summary

ABCTrainings in Pune invites a talented BIM engineer to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit MEP and Navisworks. You will perform clash detection, prepare shop drawings, layouts and BOQs, ensuring alignment with BIM standards and LOD requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in MEP BIM modeling, strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit (MEP) and familiarity with AutoCAD, plus experience on large-scale commercial/residential projects.

Qualifications

• Interpret 2D drawings and design documents to develop coordinated 3D BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, and BOQs from BIM models.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and LOD requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural teams, and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Update models based on RFIs, revisions, and site inputs.
• Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and site engineers.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Exposure to quantity take-off and BOQ extraction.
