Job summary

Freelancer in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced BIM professional to lead Scan-to-BIM projects end-to-end, from point cloud to final BIM models, guiding a small team and coordinating with PMs, clients and vendors.

The role covers Architecture, Structure, and MEP modeling in Revit, with emphasis on clash detection, model reviews, and ensuring delivery meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in BIM / Scan-to-BIM projects.
• Experience in Architecture, Structure, and MEP modeling in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of point cloud to BIM workflow.
• Experience in clash detection and coordination (Navisworks preferred).
• Ability to review and correct BIM models.
• Experience in leading or guiding a small team.
