Meinhardt EPCM (India) Private Limited is seeking a skilled MEP BIM Modeler in Bengaluru to create, update, and maintain accurate 3D MEP models using Revit. The role involves clash detection, coordination, and producing construction documents from models.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in MEP modeling within the construction or engineering sector, with strong collaboration and communication skills to work with project teams.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical system design.
• Typically 2–5 years in MEP modeling within the construction or engineering industry.
• Ability to work with project teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D MEP models using Revit, focusing on accuracy.
• Identify and resolve interferences between MEP systems and structural/architectural components using Navisworks.
• Generate 2D construction documents, shop drawings, riser diagrams, and fabrication drawings from 3D models.
• Maintain Project BIM standards, modeling protocols, and LOD requirements.
• Convert point cloud data/laser scans into accurate Revit models.
