Job summary

Actalent Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Revit BIM Modeler - MEP with 2–4 years of hands-on experience. You will develop detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit, create Revit families, and support scan-to-BIM workflows for industrial and commercial projects.

You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, prepare construction documents and shop drawings, and ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and client requirements, contributing to model accuracy and project standards across

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit MEP.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and BIM coordination.
• Experience with Scan-to-BIM workflows using point cloud data.
• Understanding of MEP systems in warehouses, industrial plants and data centers.

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (ACAD).
• Understanding of MEP systems used in Warehouses, Industrial Plants, and Data Centers.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
