Job summary
Selective Global Search seeks a dynamic Sales Professional to lead AMC / Retrofit & Revamp Sales for VRF Systems, Ductable ACs & Chillers. You will identify new business across commercial, industrial and residential segments and revamp sales strategy to increase market share.
The role requires managing AMC/Retrofit/Revamp sales, interacting with consultants, contractors, developers and end-users, plus CRM, forecasting and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including VRF, ductable units and chillers.
- Experience in AMC, Retrofit and Revamp projects.
- Willingness to travel Pan India for training and field work.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business in commercial, industrial and residential segments.
- Revamp sales strategy to increase market share.
- Sales & Business Development for AMC/ Retrofit / Revamp - VRF, Ductable AC & Chillers.
