Sejal Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee service operations, AMC activities and retrofit opportunities. The role requires strong hands-on HVAC maintenance experience, especially VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU, FCU, and the ability to lead service teams.

Initial focus includes developing service business, managing customer relationships, coordinating with project teams, and traveling across Maharashtra for site visits and service requirements.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC service & maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU and FCU.
• Experience in AMC handling, renewal and service contracts.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Maharashtra.

About the Role

Sejal Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to manage HVAC service operations, AMC activities, breakdown and preventive maintenance, customer relationships, service business development and retrofit opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HVAC Service & Maintenance, particularly VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU, FCU and related HVAC systems, along with the ability to manage service teams and develop service business.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Service & Operations

• Manage day-to-day HVAC service and maintenance
• Handle AMC, breakdown and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and system-related issues.
• Handle service requirements related to VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Pumps and associated HVAC systems.
• Plan and monitor service calls, breakdown visits and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor service quality, response time and closure of customer complaints.

Team Management

• Lead and guide HVAC service engineers, technicians and site/service teams.
• Allocate service calls and monitor team performance.
• Ensure timely completion of breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance to the service team wherever required.

AMC & Service Business Development

• Develop and maintain AMC business with existing and new customers.
• Identify opportunities for new AMC and AMC renewal.
• Generate new service business through customer follow-ups and site visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and project teams.
• Support preparation of service quotations, AMC proposals and commercial offers.
• Work towards achieving service revenue and AMC business targets.

HVAC Retrofit & Upgradation

• Identify opportunities for HVAC retrofit, replacement, modification and system upgradation.
• Visit customer sites to understand technical requirements.
• Coordinate with internal technical/project teams for retrofit proposals and execution.
• Develop suitable service and retrofit solutions based on customer requirements.

Customer & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with customers, consultants, site teams and internal departments.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct customer/site visits as required.
• Travel across Pune, Mumbai and other locations in Maharashtra for service and business requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in HVAC Service & Maintenance.
• Strong practical knowledge of VRF/VRV, Chillers, AHU and FCU.
• Hands-on experience in breakdown troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in AMC handling, AMC renewal and service contracts.
• Experience in HVAC retrofit replacement upgradation will be preferred.
• Experience in service business development and customer handling.
• Experience in handling HVAC service engineers/technicians.
• Good communication skills and good command of English.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project sites across Maharashtra.
• Candidates from HVAC companies, MEP contractors, HVAC OEMs and HVAC service/maintenance companies are preferred.

Important

Relevant hands-on HVAC Service experience is mandatory.

Candidates with only general Electrical, Automation, Facility Management or non-HVAC Maintenance experience will not be considered.
