Job summary

Swaaha is seeking a Retention Executive to drive user engagement and retention through CRM communication and lifecycle marketing. You will plan and execute campaigns across Email, Push, WhatsApp, and In-App to improve retention metrics.

Your focus includes writing compelling emails and notifications, building journeys in MoEngage, and continuously optimizing messaging to boost engagement and win-back rates.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with MoEngage or a similar CRM platform.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyse campaign performance.
• Strong attention to detail and execution skills.
