We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Retention Marketing Campaign Manager to join Vedantu in Bangalore. In this role, you will drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) through targeted, data-driven campaigns across channels like WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, and AI-driven chat platforms.

You will work closely with product, analytics, and design teams to build lifecycle journeys, optimize campaign performance, and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize retention campaigns across: WhatsApp, SMS, IVR
• AI chat platforms (optional)
• Build and manage customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and drip flows
• Segment users based on behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, retention, and LTV
• Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and channel strategies
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams for execution
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality campaign execution
• Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, growth, or related fields
• Basic understanding of retention marketing and customer lifecycle concepts
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, SMS, or email marketing tools
