Job summary

Lenskart in Ranchi is seeking a Store Manager- Retail with 2–5 years of hardcore retail experience. You will lead store operations, drive sales, manage a team, and ensure KPI targets and SOP compliance while controlling shrinkage and optimizing customer experience.

Candidate must be energetic, smart, and communicative, with readiness to attend 18 days of training at Lenskart Academy_Gurgaon. This is a full-time on-site role in Ranchi for career growth in a fast-paced retail brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a Retail store.
• Must be from hardcore store oriented Retail store background.
• Should know KPI, SOP, ABV, UPT, Shrinkage, NPS & Team Attrition.
• Must know the hardcore retail details like Store size, Daily footfall, Conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM.
