Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Store Manager- Retail to lead daily store operations in a high-energy retail environment. The role demands hands-on leadership, customer focus, and strong communication to drive sales, shrinkage control, and team motivation.

You will implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellent store performance. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of relevant experience, are smart, energetic, and ready for intensive training at Lenskart Academy Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail store.
• Should have knowledge about KPI, SOP, ABV, UPT, Shrinkage, NPS & Team Attrition.
• Must know hardcore retail details like Store size, Daily footfall, Conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM.

=> Must be from the hardcore store oriented Retail store background

=> Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a Retail store.

=> Must know the hardcore retail details like Store size, Daily footfall, Conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM etc.

=> Smart, energetic & dynamic with good communication skills.

=> Must be ready to go to Leskart Academy_Gurgaon for 18 days of official training.
