Job summary

Lenskart in Tumakuru, Karnataka seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales with a focus on customer experience. The role requires 2-5 years in retail store management and deep knowledge of key retail metrics.

The candidate must be ready to attend an 18-day training at Leskart Academy Gurgaon and join immediately, with a preference for those familiar with store size, footfall, conversion, NPS, shrinkage and team attrition.

Qualifications

• Graduates required.
• Retail store background mandatory.
• 2-5 years as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a Retail store.
• Knowledge of KPI, SOP, ABV, UPT, Shrinkage, NPS and Team Attrition.
• Must know hardcore retail details like Store size, Daily footfall, Conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM etc.
• Smart, energetic & dynamic with good communication skills.
• Willing to join Leskart Academy Gurgaon for 18 days of official training.
• Available to join immediately (Expected by 23rd of November, 2024)
