Lenskart is seeking a Graduate with 2-5 years of retail store experience for the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager role in Rajasthan region. The candidate should understand store metrics and customer conversion.

Ideal individuals are energetic, communicative, and prepared to undergo 18 days of training at Lenskart Academy Gurgaon to align with SOPs and KPI standards. They will oversee high-volume store operations and team coordination.

• Knowledge of KPI, SOP, ABV, UPT, Shrinkage, NPS & Team Attrition.
• Knowledge of store metrics like Store size, Daily footfall, Conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM.
• Smart, energetic & dynamic with good communication skills.
• Ready to undergo 18 days training at Lenskart Academy Gurgaon.

• Must know the hardcore retail details like Store size, Daily footfall, Conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM etc.
• Smart, energetic & dynamic with good communication skills.
• Must be ready to go to Leskart Academy_Gurgaon for 18 days of official training.
