Lenskart Goa is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will lead the sales team, drive product knowledge, manage inventory, and ensure compelling visual merchandising while continually analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate has relevant store management experience and a proven track record in customer service.

Qualifications

• Under graduate 7 year experience as store manager mandatory
• Graduate 4 year experience as store manager mandatory
