Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in Batala, Punjab. You will lead daily store operations, ensure KPI targets are met, and supervise a retail team to deliver excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of store-level leadership experience, strong communication, and a deep understanding of retail metrics such as footfall, conversion, NPS and shrinkage. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduates with store-management background.
• 2–5 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a Retail store.
• Knowledge of KPI, SOP, ABV, UPT, Shrinkage, NPS & Team Attrition.

• Minimum qualification: Graduates
• Must be from the hardcore store oriented Retail store background
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a Retail store.
• Should have knowledge about KPI, SOP, ABV, UPT, Shrinkage, NPS & Team Attrition.
• Must know the hardcore retail details like Store size, Daily footfall, Conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM etc.
• Smart, energetic & dynamic with good communication skills.
• Must be ready to go to Leskart Academy_Gurgaon for 18 days of official training.
• Must be available to join immediately (Expected by 23rd of November, 2024)
