Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a smart, energetic Store Manager in India to lead daily store operations. The candidate should have a hardcore retail background with 2–5 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and a graduate degree.

The role requires deep knowledge of KPI, SOP, ABV, UPT, Shrinkage, NPS and team attrition, along with familiarity with store metrics such as store size, daily footfall, conversion, NOB, UPT, IPCM.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 2–5 years store management experience in retail.
• Experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
