Job summary

Walplast Products in Ajmer seeks a results-driven Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales to drive retailer and distributor networks for tile adhesives. You will manage existing partners, onboard new customers, and push primary and secondary sales with strong focus on market development.

Collaborate with supply chain and marketing to promote products, track orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. 2–5 years in retail sales in Ajmer region preferred.

• Retailer & Distributor Management: manage retailers and distributors and strengthen relationships.

Designation -Executive/ Sr. Executive - Sales

Location - Ajmer

Product - TIle Adhesive, Range of Tile Adhesive products.

Role & responsibilities

• Retailer & Distributor Management: Manage existing retailers and distributors, strengthen relationships, understand business requirements, and ensure regular engagement.
• New Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors to expand Walplasts distribution and retail network in the assigned territory.
• Market Development: Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities, map potential customers, understand market potential, and track competitor activities.
• Sales & Business Development: Drive primary and secondary sales, generate orders, follow up on enquiries, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Product Promotion: Promote Walplast products among retailers, distributors, contractors, applicators, and other relevant market influencers through product discussions, demonstrations, and market activities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly onboarded customers, ensure effective after-sales support, and drive repeat business.
• Channel Expansion: Identify opportunities to strengthen market coverage, improve product availability, and expand the retailer and distributor network.
• Market & Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, market activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and support sales planning.
• Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance, customer additions, order pipeline, market coverage, and collection status, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Technical Services, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, product availability, and customer servicing.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, market visits, new customer onboarding, and sales activities as per company requirements.

Preferred Profile:

Candidate with 2-5 years of experience in Retail sales in Ajmer region for tile adhesives, range of tile adhesive and tiles.
