DIGIIND in India is seeking a Jewellery Sales Associate to welcome customers, assess requirements, and guide them through selecting gold, diamond, or precious stone pieces.

You will educate buyers on product quality and certifications, help achieve store sales targets, manage displays and inventory, process payments, and coordinate resizing, cleaning, and repairs. This in-person role offers Provident Fund benefits and a monthly salary in the ₹20,000 to ₹29,000 range.

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required.
• Jewellery Sales: 2 years required.
• In-person work location.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, assess their requirements, and guide them through selecting the perfect gold, diamond, or precious stone jewellery.
• Product Knowledge: Educate buyers on product quality, certifications (e.g., hallmarking), pricing, and proper jewellery care.
• Sales & Targets: Actively work to achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Store & Stock Management: Assist with daily inventory counts, properly arrange showcase displays, and maintain strict loss prevention and safety protocols.
• Customer Service & Admin: Process payments, manage billing documentation, and coordinate with internal teams for services like resizing, cleaning, and repairs.
• Marketing & Exhibitions: Support promotional events, assist the marketing team with exhibitions, and build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
