Saheli Alankaran in Bhilai leads a premium jewellery showroom where you will manage day-to-day operations, drive a high-performing sales team and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee stock movement, visual merchandising, and daily reporting, while coordinating with CRM, cashier and back-office staff to ensure smooth transactions and targets are met.

Qualifications

• Graduate with jewellery retail/showroom experience.
• 25 years of experience in jewellery showroom/store management preferred.
• Strong team-handling, leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of gold, diamond and silver jewellery is preferred.
• Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom and ensure smooth store functioning.
• Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customers professionally, understand their requirements and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
• Conduct daily morning briefings and communicate targets, offers, schemes and product updates.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the back office for stock movement, inventory checking and product availability.
• Ensure proper display, visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom.
• Monitor jewellery stock, security procedures and proper handling of products.
• Prepare and review daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
• Coordinate with CRM, cashier and other departments for smooth customer transactions.
• Support promotional activities, exhibitions, events
• Ensure company policies, SOPs and compliance requirements are followed.

• Target-oriented with strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.
• Comfortable with MS Office/POS and basic reporting.
• Well-groomed, confident and presentable personality.
• Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands/showrooms will be preferred.
