Job summary

Lenskart in India is seeking entry-level candidates with an undergraduate background for frontline retail roles. The position requires learning product details and communicating them clearly to customers, leveraging CRM software and telephone systems.

Fluency in English and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced store environment. Selected candidates will travel to Delhi for a 40-day official training program, during which full salary is provided.
