Lenskart in India is seeking a sales-oriented professional to join our customer-facing team. The role focuses on meeting sales quotas, handling inquiries over the phone, and guiding prospects through product benefits with clarity and confidence.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales or customer service experience, strong English communication, and excellent negotiation abilities to address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Familiar with CRM software and telephone systems.
• Ability to learn and explain products to prospects.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve issues.
