Job summary

Ontime Global in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive for Retail Projects to lead end-to-end store development for branded FMCD locations. You will conduct site surveys, prepare SDRs, oversee construction, fit-outs and handover to operations/franchisees, while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

You'll coordinate architectural layouts, MEP drawings, and detailed plans, work with cross-functional teams, manage contractors and vendors, and monitor schedules with thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Retail Projects.
• Responsible for end-to-end store development.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and prepare Site Dimensions Reports (SDR), including feasibility assessments for new retail locations.
• Own end-to-end execution of new store development, including regular site visits, construction, fit-outs, and final handover to operations/franchisees.
• Review and coordinate architectural layouts, MEP drawings, and detailed execution plans to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment across all project stages.
• Manage and coordinate contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and quality execution of store fit outs.
• Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
