R2R Consults seeks a seasoned Sr. Project Manager to steer multipleExclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) interior fit-out projects across India. You will lead a PAN India team of site engineers, review plans and BOQs, monitor budgets and schedules, and coordinate with vendors, contractors and architects to ensure seamless handovers.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a proven track record in delivering high-quality interiors and driving efficiency across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage sites and vendors.
• Skilled in reading drawings, BOQs and project documents.
• Strong control over timelines, budgets and quality.

• Review project plans, BOQs and drawings; monitor budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, resolve project challenges and ensure timely project handovers.
• Drive standardization, process improvements and operational efficiency.
