Job summary

Ratnadeep Retail Limited in Hyderabad is seeking a Design Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead end-to-end retail design and development for new stores, renovations and expansion projects.

The role requires coordinating with civil, MEP, projects, procurement and operations teams to deliver cost-effective, standards-aligned designs and to drive standardisation across store formats.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail design / commercial projects / store development.
• Experience in retail fit-outs, store layouts and project design management.
• Strong coordination, vendor management and project execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail design and design development for new stores, renovations and expansion projects.
• Prepare and review concept designs, layouts, elevations, BOQs and working drawings.

• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and standardisation across projects.
• Maintain design timelines and ensure deliverables are completed as per project schedules.
