Job summary

Burgundy Hospitality seeks an experienced professional to lead retail fit-out projects in Mumbai and surrounding markets. You will manage timelines, budgets and contractors to deliver store openings that align with brand standards.

The role requires 5+ years in retail fit-out and an overall 5 years in architecture/interior design and site supervision, with a bachelor's degree in architecture/interior design or engineering. Strong coordination and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in architecture/interior design or engineering.
• Experience with local processes (landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.).
• Membership of a professional body.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years' experience in retail fit-out and a total of 5 years of experience in architecture/interior designing and site supervision.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree (preferably architecture/interior designing/ any engineering major) from an accredited university
• Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.)
• Membership of a professional body.
• Must be able to multitask well and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
