Job summary

Killer Jeans is seeking a Store Project Manager to lead design, execution, maintenance and development of retail stores in line with brand standards. You will coordinate with design teams, vendors and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality within budget.

The role requires overseeing civil, electrical, carpentry and finish work, regular store site visits, and upkeep of cost sheets and reports. Prior experience in retail builds is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing retail store projects from design through handover.
• Ability to read/store layouts, BOQs and project requirements.
• Knowledge of civil, electrical, carpentry aspects for store builds.

Responsibilities

• Handle new store projects, renovation, refurbishment and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Design, Vendors, Contractors, and Internal Teams for execution.
• Prepare and review store layouts, drawings, BOQs, and requirements.
• Ensure execution of civil, electrical, carpentry, flooring, signage and fixtures.
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress.
• Maintain project reports, timelines, cost sheets and vendor records.
• Ensure timely handover and snag closure.

Job Purpose

To manage the designing, execution, maintenance, and development of retail stores as per company standards, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with proper quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new store projects, renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Design, Vendors, Contractors, and Internal Teams for project execution.
• Prepare and review store layouts, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Ensure execution of civil, electrical, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, painting, signage, fixtures, and other store-related work.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for quotation, negotiation, work orders, and execution.
• Ensure all work follows Killer Jeans brand guidelines and store design standards.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues, maintenance problems, and execution challenges.
• Manage regular store maintenance and repair requirements.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship during project execution.
• Maintain proper project reports, timelines, cost sheets, and vendor records.
• Ensure timely completion of store handover and snag closure.
• Support stores in resolving urgent maintenance and infrastructure issues.
