Aristobrat Retail Pvt Ltd. Bengaluru seeks a Retail Expansion professional to lead site scouting, market analysis, and property negotiations for new stores. You will collaborate with design, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth fit-outs and timely openings across major Indian cities.

The ideal candidate has a proven store-opening track record, strong negotiation skills, and an established network with developers and mall operators. Immediate joining preferred.

• Market Mapping & Property Scouting: identify and evaluate locations in malls, high streets, and premium neighborhoods.
• Property Negotiation & Acquisition: lead negotiations with owners, developers, and mall managers to secure terms.
• Project Management: coordinate with design and operations for store fit-outs and launches.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory and legal requirements are met for acquisitions.

Experience: Mini. 4 yrs

Responsibilities:

Market Mapping & Property Scouting:

• Identify and evaluate potential retail locations in high-potential markets (malls, high street, and premium neighborhoods)
• Analyze footfall, competition presence, customer demographics, and proximity to key hubs

Property Negotiation & Acquisition :

• Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, real estate agents, and mall management teams to secure the best commercial terms (lease, rent, revenue sharing, etc
• Coordinate with retail operations, legal, finance, and external consultants to ensure smooth closure of agreement

Project Management :

• Liaise with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth handover and fit-out for store launches
• Maintain a pipeline of properties and track progress from scouting to store opening
• Stay updated with retail real estate trends, new launches, mall developments, and competitor activities in major cities

Compliance:

• Ensure all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements are met for new property acquisitions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in retail expansion, business development, or real estate, preferably with D2C brands, lifestyle brands, or retail chains (fashion, beauty, electronics, F&B, etc.)
• Strong network with real estate developers, brokers, and mall operators in key Indian cities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated track record of opening multiple stores/branches/offices.
• Analytical skills to assess market potential and property performance.
• Proven ability to work independently, drive targets, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
