Job summary

Adidas in Chennai is seeking a Retail Associate to contribute to sales and profit targets by inspiring customer loyalty and delivering excellent service.

You will be responsible for meeting KPIs, handling transactions accurately, applying product knowledge, and maintaining store standards. A high school education and basic numeracy are required, with preference for a small amount of prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school education is a must.
• Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership and meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
