Job summary

Adidas in Delhi is seeking a Retail Associate to contribute to meeting store sales and profit targets by delivering exceptional customer service, inspiring loyalty to the brand and accurately handling transactions. You will use product knowledge to address customer needs, maintain brand standards and visual merchandising, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth store operation.

This role requires a high school education and at least 6 months’ experience in sports or fashion retail,

Qualifications

• High school education is a must.
• Preferably 6 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them and use resources to meet or exceed them.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations.
• Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting Brand Attitude and Values.
• Use Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points to address customers' needs.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure full product representation.
• Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner.
• Collaborate productively with team members.
• Complete applicable training programs and apply learning on the job.
