Durucooperation in Jaipur is seeking a proactive Captain/Outlet Incharge to oversee daily outlet operations and supervise staff across assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality operations.
• Prior experience as Captain, Shift Incharge, Outlet Incharge, or similar supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and daily outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day outlet/shift operations.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure timely and accurate order taking, food/service delivery, and table management.

• Support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
