Job summary

IMPRESARIO handmade restaurants is seeking a Captain in Mumbai to supervise a designated service section and lead the service team during operations. You will ensure prompt, high-quality service and coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order execution.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication, leadership skills, and strong knowledge of food & beverage service procedures, including POS systems.
