Job summary

Devyani International is seeking a Senior Executive Coordination (Projects – Civil) to support planning, execution and coordination of civil, interior and MEP works across fit-out projects.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years’ experience in project planning, site execution or interior fit-outs, with hands-on MS Project and BOQ skills to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 1–3 years of experience in project planning/site execution/interior fit-outs.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Project, BOQ, civil works and MEP coordination.
• Strong coordination, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules in MS Project for interior fit-out projects.
• Plan and coordinate civil, interior and MEP activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Review drawings, prepare BOQs and budgets, and coordinate work orders/POs.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate vendor bills, payments and project documentation.
• Support timely execution of QSR, F&B, restaurant, retail and commercial fit-out projects.
