• Oversee daily operations of dine-in, takeaway, and delivery
• Ensure restaurant opens/closes on time and is always guest-ready
• Maintain SOPs for service, hygiene, and safety
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff (captains, waiters, kitchen, housekeeping)
• Conduct daily briefings and motivate team to achieve targets
• Manage staff attendance, leaves, and discipline
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and handle guest complaints
• Personally interact with guests and get feedback
• Maintain Google rating and handle online reviews
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
• Control food cost, wastage, and pilferage
• Plan promotions, combo offers, and events to increase footfall
• Coordinate with Swiggy/Zomato and delivery partners
• Manage stock, inventory, and vendor relations
• Daily cash closing, billing, and reporting to owner
• Ensure FSSAI, hygiene, and licensing compliance

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of dine-in, takeaway, and delivery
