Ampre Food And Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Captain to lead daily service operations and supervise the service team. You will coordinate with kitchen for timely service and address guest queries with professionalism.

Maintains hygiene, SOPs, and supports achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates have extensive experience as a Restaurant Captain or Senior Steward, strong communication and leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.
