Job summary

Blasm Resort is seeking a Resort Supervisor who will stay on-site to manage daily resort operations, ensuring a comfortable and safe guest experience from check-in to check-out.

The role acts as the primary on-site contact for guests, staff, vendors, and management, with hands-on leadership, discipline, and service orientation to maintain high standards throughout the guest stay.

Qualifications

• Must stay on-site and oversee day-to-day resort operations.
• Primary on-site point of contact for guests, staff, vendors and management.
• Hands-on, disciplined, service-oriented role requiring on-site presence.
• Hospitality operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Understand customer requirements and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, kitchen/service staff, and other on-site employees.
• Allocate daily duties and responsibilities to staff.
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with service providers.
• Coordinate with regular vendors and service providers.
• Ensure guest and staff safety within the resort premises.
• Provide regular daily reports on occupancy, arrivals and departures.

A. Guest & Customer Management

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Understand customer requirements and respond to guest requests promptly.

B. Resort Operations

• Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Understand customer requirements and respond to guest requests promptly.

C. Staff Supervision

• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, kitchen/service staff, and other on-site employees as applicable.
• Allocate daily duties and responsibilities to staff.

D. Housekeeping & Hygiene

• Ensure guest rooms are cleaned and prepared before check-in.
• Conduct room inspections after housekeeping is completed.

E. Maintenance & Facility Management

• Identify maintenance issues at the earliest possible stage.
• Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, carpenters, and other service providers.

F. Vendor & Purchase Coordination

• Coordinate with regular vendors and service providers.
• Receive and verify supplies delivered to the resort.

G. Safety & Security

• Ensure guest and staff safety within the resort premises.
• Coordinate with security personnel where applicable.

H. Daily Reporting

The supervisor must provide management with regular updates covering:

• Number of occupied/vacant rooms.
• Guest arrivals and departures.

Preferred candidate profile

• We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Resort Supervisor who will stay on-site and take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the resort.
• The person will act as the primary on-site point of contact for guests, staff, vendors, and management. The supervisor must ensure that customers receive a comfortable, safe, clean, and satisfactory experience throughout their stay.
• Convinient in handling social media promotions, Generating cold call and leads, Followup on guest check in and checkout.
• The role requires a person who is hands-on, responsible, disciplined, service-oriented, and willing to stay at the resort premises.
